My First Home Loan (myfirsthomeloan.co.uk) is a trading style of My Financial Services Group Limited. That company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, firm reference 717338. Do not send documents about your identity, income or credit through this website.

What you can send

The update list asks for a first name, an email address, an optional note on where you are in your plans, and consent. The contact form asks for a first name, a phone number or email, an optional reason, optional notes, and consent.

What happens to it today

Email delivery is not switched on yet. A list signup is kept in this browser only, so you can see that the form accepted it. It is not sent to enquiries@myfirsthomeloan.co.uk, and it is not sent to the government. A contact message is checked by the site and is not delivered to that inbox yet. Do not use either form for anything you would not want left on this device. When delivery is switched on, messages go to enquiries@myfirsthomeloan.co.uk.

When delivery is switched on

Signups and messages will go to the firm, to reply to you and to send the updates you asked for. We will not sell the list. We will not pass it to the Your First Home scheme, to a developer, or to a lender unless you later ask us to start a mortgage enquiry and we have told you who receives it.

You can ask to be removed from the list by using the contact form once messages are being delivered. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser, which removes a signup that never left the device.
